Incumbent performs business management and analysis in support of the Corporate/Divisional Administrative Contracting Officer Division, Cost and Pricing Regional Command.
Provide overall administrative management, analysis and evaluation to the various programs within the Division such as performance planning, resource and manpower management, monitoring of performance and budget indicators.
Creates presentations, metrics and reports based on general guidance, maintains files and determines retention and distribution requirements.
Ensures Requests for Personnel Actions (RPA) are initiated in accordance with Defense Civilian Personnel Data Systems (DCPDS) and DCMA guidelines and procedures.
Forecasts where changes may be needed due to analysis of systemic problem areas. The incumbent ensures data integrity in administrative data systems using a structured review and reporting approach.
Maintenance of management information systems, correspondence control, and overall management of the Division tasking process.
Conditions of Employment
To qualify for a Management Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Expert knowledge of manpower processes and manpower management. Attention to detail reviewing documentation to meet correspondence control requirements.
