The Jr. Program Manager will play a critical role as a liaison for AGDATA’s global customer base. As a member of AGDATA’s Fulfillment organization, the Jr. Program Manager will work closely with the associated Program Manager to support one of our largest clients’ legacy and seed payment programs. A successful candidate with be able to convey complicated issues into concise, easy-to-understand terminology. This position involves extensive Excel work, building reports and providing data analysis to field personnel, and executing payment processing.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist the Program Manager with the activities necessary to:

a. understand the requirements of client payment programs

b. interpret and document those requirements for consumption through coding

c. validate the program exposure amounts to ensure accuracy

· Participate in regular client meetings, and lead on topics when requested

· Build reports & provide data analysis to field on program payments

· Execute payment details to field sales from established payment reports

· Execute transmittals and maintain corresponding files for payment runs

· Assist in sending out retailer program payments via FedEx

· Assist with execution of the exception process

· Investigate inquiries from field personnel on program payments

· Execute the quarterly escheatment process for retailer payments

· Train other team members as needed.

· Participate in weekly team meetings and conference calls.

· Track and enter time in time management tool.

· Any and all other job duties as assigned by management.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Advanced experience with Excel and able to manipulate data

· Maintain ownership of issues from start to resolution

· 2+ years providing customer support

· Concise written and verbal communication skills

· Strong focus on customer satisfaction and overall customer experience

· Ability to think creatively and analytically in order to solve customer issues

· Experience using logic to solve problems

· SQL experience a plus
