RELX Group Implementation Specialist in United States

This position is responsible for handling fundamental tasks associated with the implementation of LexisNexis Web Service solution and API solution. These activities may include providing specific support for and liaison with the sales teams and other relevant internal staff, and post-production testing support. Requests will be received via phone, email & myCRM.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide fundamental technical support for new onboarding of Financial Services, Collections, Healthcare, Government, Law Enforcement and Insurance verticals for Business Services’ products.

  • Keep implementation project plans up to date with status of activities.

  • Communicate technical terms to customers and internal staff of varying levels of technical understanding.

  • Participate in departmental projects and tasks that improve the productivity of the team.

  • Complete required training and skill development to support the client base, individual developmental needs, team objectives, department goals, and company initiatives.

  • Work with opportunities involving popular solutions.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • College graduate or post-secondary education (any field)

  • Working knowledge of Internet-based technologies including HTML, XML, Web Services and related hardware or software as required.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel (Macros(nice to have), Vlook Up, Hlook Up)

  • Basic JSON skills.

  • Familiarity with hexadecimal numbers-go through logs and have to be able to count in ‘hex.’

Consultative Ability:

Strong consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and to explore options, to demonstrate and to effectively use active listening skills to understand client needs.

Client Service Orientation:

Expert Level ability to use data quality concepts and tools to effectively resolve issues and discrepancies, while valuing client needs as high priority.

Industry Experience:

1-2 Years in a Technical Customer Support role or in a Customer Support call center (Vendor management)

Analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to understand and analyze complex problems. Ability to use analytical tools to research issues as well as provide input to other teams involved in troubleshooting.

Relationship Building

Strong ability to collaborate and interact with internal and external clients including but not limited to Sales, Network Operations, and Customer Support.

Results Orientation / Execution

Advanced time management skills and strict adherence to timelines, with the ability to operate within a structured approach and to deliver results. Possesses the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently. Self-Motivated.

Strong ability to work in a team environment, by soliciting input and feedback. Deals effectively with conflict.
