Job Description

­­We have an exciting opportunity in our Identity & Access Management office. This individual contributor role will be responsible for the day to day management of work and perform terminations, 90-day inactivity and quarterly certification in 300+ environments/ domains. Additionally, you will help safeguard our brand by promoting, implementing and supporting the company’s new strategic vision for managing systems access and threats. The ideal candidate will be a team player and detail-oriented person, who is comfortable leading through change, has proven experience in Identity and Access Management.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Support the Manager of Identity & Access Management to run quarterly certification cycle for 300+ environments.

  • Support the execution of the IGA Strategy and roadmap, yet maintaining the tactical approach to manage controls in the environment

  • Assist in managing primary and secondary controls for quarterly user access attestation for 300+ environment

  • Ability to build, document and maintain evergreen processes to manage access controls across vast diverse environment

  • Assess current environment and makes continuous improvement to align with future state architecture

  • Document standard operating procedures, best practices and technical documentation in a shared repository

  • Proactively works with technology and product managers to identify potential issues and ensures effective remediation

  • Support the Director and Manager of Identity & Access Management during the discussions with internal and external auditors for SOC/ PCI requirements

  • Develop relationships with peers and partners in IT with the intention to build good working relationships.

  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.


  • 2 years of experience in Identity & Access Management

  • Knowledge of SOC/ PCI/ HITRUST/ SOX audit requirements is nice to have

  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools or related technologies

  • Proven experience in Identity & Access Management operations, controls and working with internal and external auditors

  • Must have a broad understanding of IT ecosystems and structure

  • Must have proven experience working across the IT organization to accomplish business objectives

  • Must have proven experience working with external vendors and service providers

  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including good listening skills

  • Must have experience implementing standards, processes, and procedures in a collaborative and diverse environment

  • Must provide escalation assistance; recommend potential solutions to issues; follow established escalation procedures; resolve complex issues

  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
