Experienced human resources professionals are encouraged to consider an available full-time Human Resources Manager position with Liberty of Oklahoma Corporation.
This is a key management role which oversees a wide array of human resources functions for Liberty of Oklahoma Corporation at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, OK– a specialized residential facility for adults who have developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
Your responsibilities would include:
Recruiting and onboarding new staff
Working with managers to resolve personnel issues
Managing workmen’s compensation claims
Serving as a subject matter expert in employment law
Serving a contributing member of the facility’s leadership team

You’re a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
At least five years of human resources management experience with an organization of 100+ employees
Very strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree and/or a SHRM certification is preferred
