The Executive Director, Content Creation will develop and deliver compelling strategic customer experiences and content across the brands digital ecosystem, including brand .com, retailer .com, social platforms, and global digital 360 programs.

The Executive Director, Digital Creative Global works closely with the VP, Creative to establish strategic creative solutions and to develop a holistic consumer journey across multiple platforms. This ideal candidate must be able to understand the design implications on business, and balance both the art and the science of how to optimize Commerce, Content, Social Media and Paid Media. The ED Creative Content will be both an analytical and strategic thinker and will be required to identify new opportunities for the brand as well as analyzing performance of current programs. This position will closely partner with cross-functional creative, retail experience, online, marketing, and global communication teams, to deliver compelling 360 programs. This position will oversee and mentor a talented team of art directors, designers and animators.


• In partnership with cross functional partner, develop 360 campaigns to support overall brand strategy, new product launches and equity, evergreen content

• Designs and concept innovative, locally relevant digital experiences to support brand strategy

• Concept and art direct photo shoots and video shoots to ensure creative excellence in visual content and align with approved creative direction for various digital channels

• Must be active on all social media platforms and have a strong understanding of the social experience and user interface of all major social platforms including Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest, and understand other regionally relevant/specific platforms.

• Build the monthly content calendars

• Work cross functionally with Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver assets and storytelling to achieve business goals

• Work with Marketing functions to understand data and analytics to action

• Work closely with Content Production team

• Deliver clear, concise and thorough communication of campaign and design goals

• Leverages a digital and mobile-first mindset in design, showing awareness of competitive landscape, trends and emerging technologies

• Partner with agencies and supervise all outside services

• Maintain visual and conceptual consistency across multi-channel brand strategy for collections and brand initiatives

• Develop key global digital creative toolkits and training documents for our global and regional creative partners

• Research and analyze fashion, beauty and global consumer trends

• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and new creative applications



• BA or BFA required in related field

• 10 years of relevant work experience within agency or in-house Creative team

• Expert level experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesgin, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Animation Flash, HTML skills a plus - within Mac environment

• Strong leadership skills, team spirited, and able to guide and develop team members

• Highly driven and energetic, proactive and takes initiative

• Superior organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills

• Drive for innovation and disruption with cosmetic and luxury mindset

• Awareness of emerging technologies. Proactively seeks diversification of knowledge, skills and abilities

• Deadline oriented and ability to self-manage

• Strong analytical and problems-solving skills; high attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
