What we're looking for:

You are a Digital Sales Representative with experience developing and managing end-user accounts and reseller partners in the UKI region. You have exposure to managing the UKI market to grow pipeline and attain booking targets and business goals.

You have Native level English with a background in engaging directly with customers to drive new business.

Position Overview

In this role you will manage a territory in a proactive and consultative phone sales role. You will primarily be focused on developing and handling end-user accounts and reseller partners in the UKI region or territory in order to sell Citrix products and services. You will be responsible for engaging with SMB customers directly to understand business needs and gather competitive intelligence to drive new business. You will work closely with the Field Sales Manager (FSM) to cover the assigned territory.

Responsibility

  • Generates and handle a pipeline of opportunities to drive penetration of Public Sector accounts

  • Prospects new business through marketing leads management, tele-prospecting and existing customers engagement

  • Support teamwork between Citrix and partner territory sales resources

  • Develops and applies an understanding of Citrix products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques and customer base.

  • Assessing customer current/future technology needs and passing opportunities to channel partners

  • Engaging in follow-up discussions with customers

  • Leverages customers license renewal events to up-sell and cross-sell new product licenses and keep customers current on our software maintenance schemes.

  • Engages Citrix Product Specialists and Sales Engineers to develop solutions across the product portfolio

  • Presents Citrix value proposition to close deals (directly or indirectly)

  • Follows up on dedicated marketing campaigns follows-up on status and processing, check leads that have been converted into reward registration

  • Handles and updates opportunities in salesforce accurately to ensure full business visibility and accurate sales forecasting

Qualifications

  • Digital Sales or Sales Development experience is required

  • Native level English is crucial

  • Experience preferably in a SaaS company is desired

  • Experience desk based experience in a rapidly changing multifaceted environment required
