Intelligence, Communications, and Engineering, Inc CONTINGENT - Systems Administrator II in United States

SUMMARY: The System Administrator II will provide on-site and off-site support and provisioning of specific classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) services for National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia (NTESS) with a workforce of approximately 14,000 personnel.

WORK LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM and Livermore, CA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform the daily activities of configuration and operation of systems which may be mainframe, mini, or client/server based.

• Perform the optimizing of system operation and resource utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning.

• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using business systems.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience/Education

• Must have an Associate’s Degree or three (3) additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree.

• Must have at least two (2) years of related experience, in addition to degree requirement.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must possess and maintain an active Q security clearance.
