Kubra Business Development Manager - Government Vertical in United States

KUBRA is seeking a experienced business development teammate with Government vertical experience to join KUBRA’s Business Development department to assess, engage the market, and negotiate new alliance partnerships in the government vertical.

KUBRA's hiring efforts will continue during the COVID-19 pandemic. Any face-to-face stages of our interview process will be virtual via video conference.

  • You will develop relationships with partner organizations that support indirect sales revenues and to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Develop long term, mutually beneficial relationships with new indirect and integration partners with a focus on growth and profitability in accordance with objectives and business plans.

  • Develop new Government market partner prospects through social networking, referrals, and direct engagement with VP, C-level executives

  • Assess, engage the market, and negotiate new alliance partnerships in the government vertical

  • Manage the flawless execution of the KUBRA business development process, including proposals, presentations, contract negotiations, signing. Support seamless transition into Channel Development department.

  • Overseeing governance of the alliance relationship, negotiating and supporting channel development in market opportunities, and building relationships with alliance partners

  • Support in the implementing and administering of the alliance relationship arrangement across internal departments (ie sales, marketing, product development, and other relevant areas of the organization)

  • Ongoing monitoring of the value of the alliance relationship through analysis of opportunities, performance metrics, risk analysis, etc.

  • Clearly articulate KUBRA solutions and business value propositions to market partners. Create the vision match, business case support for market partners to either resell, utilize, and integrate KUBRA’s platform for go to market purposes.

  • Achieve and exceed quota of net new business wins for products and services in the assigned market vertical

  • You are a passionate and creative hunter that can find, develop and execute new market partnerships in the Government vertical

  • You are very detailed oriented with strong analytical skills and a strong understanding of alliance development

  • Strong great business acumen, analytical & a strategic thinker with excellent written & oral communications skills

  • You have a strong technology understanding

  • Strong communication and social skills with the ability to create trust with targets

  • Strong Government vertical fintech experience – strong understanding of key back end platforms, civic engagement providers, government system integrators

  • At least 5 years of relevant alliance development experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales specific to the billing and payment sector

  • Experience in consultative selling, development of business cases for execution of alliance partner programs

  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time - once permitted to do so
