Canadian Associate Product Manager plays a critical role in maximizing brand sales, and market position for Mallinckrodt Specialty Brands Therakos, INOmax and any other Hospital/Critical care products which may be added to the portfolio. This includes being accountable for supporting delivery of annual affiliate brand plans and supporting all commercial activities from the CAN-International team. Reporting to the Canadian Product Manager, you will work closely with the Canadian and International marketing and cross functional teams to lead the development and implementation of our brand strategy and tactics.

Essential Functions

• Partner in the development of annual brand plans• Develop and implement marketing tactics consistent with the overall brand strategy• Lead multi-channel marketing strategies across brands• Actively contribute in product lifecycle management activities: o Provide valuable insights from market and data analysiso Provide input into assessment of indication growth opportunities of existing assets• Contribute to the MNK International Business Planning process and ensure that project plans and budgets are aligned with the goals of the organization• Monitor and enhance portfolio performance using market research and other data sources• Prepare and lead product training for new product launches and other product/marketing material updates for field sales• Collaborate with the broader commercial team to enhance portfolio performance• Establish partnerships with key external customers to align the strategic and tactical direction of brand projects with the overall brand strategy• Managing expense budgets related to specific projects, tracking key milestones• Oversee agency partners and other vendors to ensure strategic alignment and executional excellence • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, competitive landscape and therapeutic management in each market• Other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills:

• University degree (MBA/Masters preferred)• 4+ years of marketing experience required (rare disease and/or hospital experience preferred)• Experience with medical devices and pharmaceuticals strongly preferred• Multi-channel marketing including digital marketing experience an asset• Ability to think and plan strategically aligned with capability to implement/execute• Experienced leading teams without direct authority, successfully delivering objectives to time and budget• Proven Ability to partner with and engage others towards a common goal and manage cross functional product teams successfully• Effectively work cross-functionally with a highly collaborative approach• Solid problem solving, conflict management, project management and analytical skills• Proven track record of pursuing non-conventional ways to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience• Ability to manage detailed, complex projects• Effective budget management, strategic tradeoffs, development and monitoring of lead measure experience• Hands on mentality, ability to work outside of functional silos• Highly advanced analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills• Proficient computer skills (excel, word and PowerPoint)
