Job Description

This is a professional accounting position responsible for performing a wide variety of accounting functions in the Purchasing Card Unit. The incumbent in this position must have a working knowledge of My Florida Market Place(MFMP), Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR), Florida Statutes 215.422, 287 and 112.061. Chapter 69I-24, and 69I-40 Florida Adminstrative Code and Reference Guide for State Expenditure Handbook.

Examples of Works

Responsible for auditing transactions in WORKS

Must use basic math skills to problem solve

Assure receipt/invoice submitted meet Purchasing Card Guidelines, Reference Guide for State Expenditures and departmental policies.

Maintain CHD/Program Office inbox

Responsible for the research of vendor and program office inquiries as assigned. This requires the ability to use WORKS, MFMP, FLAIR and Financial Information System(FIS) if necessary.
