Our corporate team is searching for a Senior Paralegal and Office Administrator to join the team! This is a remote role with some travel as needed.

  • Provides administrative management support to legal department and quality legal services to company departmen

  • Supervises legal department administrative staff to ensure quality services are provided all customers.

  • Utilizes experience and judgment to support and accomplish department goals, performing complex and specialized tasks, and working collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment.

  • Paralegal Degree or Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of corporate and/or health care law experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is required.

  • State registered paralegal or equivalent certification. In-depth knowledge of corporate transactional agreements, employment agreements and other business agreements.

  • Basic understanding of healthcare laws. Excellent writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with Executive and Senior Management.

  • Effective planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines. Maintain strict confidentiality of company information.

  • Oversees legal department and supervises administrative staff. Ability to lead, train, and motivate administrative staff. Proficiency with Word (including styles), Outlook, and database management systems. Worldox is a plus.

  • Must clear AON Motor Vehicle Records requirements and obtain appropriate insurance coverage per AON's MVR policy.
