Cargill EHS Coordinator in Ukraine
Position Purpose & Summary
Responsibility for EHS topics at silo. The development of safety as a culture, attracting people. Reducing risks, changing people's minds. Responsibility for safety, process safety, fire safety and environmental protection in accordance with the Cargill requirements and ukrainian legislation.
30% - Implementation of Cargill EHS requirements, policies and standards at site level
25% - Assess risk and deploy actions/implement Cargill EHS strategies to achieve targets and objectives
25% - Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, environmental and permitting requirements: inspections of regulatory authorities? cooperation with regulatory authorities, compliance with state requirements, Responsibility for permits
10% - Development and implementation EHS related training for silo employees and contractors
5% - Actively involved in incident investigations to determine root cause and drive appropriate corrective actions
5% - Monitor and report leading and lagging safety performance indicators and ensure high visibility of current performance
Specialized education: technical or technological.
Experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of production
Good Interpersonal skills
Ability to make contacts
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Creativity and consistency in achieving the goals set
Driving license “B”
Experience in a similar position – 3 years preferably.
