Vectrus QBL085-Property Manager in Qatar


Provides management and oversight of all Property functions on the QBOSS program; specific activities include, Installation Property Book Office (IPBO) and Government Furnished Property (GFP),in direct support of the ASG-QA Directorate of Logistics (DOL) mission. Serves as a key customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Ensures contract personnel, to include subcontractors, are trained, qualified and certified as may be needed to perform the requirements of the contract in an efficient, safe and cost effective manner under the requirements specified in individual sections of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).


  • Provides cost, schedule, and technical performance guidance to ensure successful completion of program (40%)

  • Coordinates with ASG-QA Leadership and QBOSS Leadership. (25%)

  • Oversees the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and (15%)

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, and other stakeholders as (15%)

  • Performs other duties and assignments as required. (5%)


One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

Bachelor’s Degree

Shall possess a secret clearance at a minimum.

The PM shall have at least ten (10) years of experience relating to Government Property Management. This requirement is not waivable. Preferred candidates will possess at least six years of Army Property experience at a Supervisory level. Experience managing government contracts highly desired.

The PM shall be capable of providing analysis of practices and problems of all functions of Property to facilitate the ASG-QA DOL by increasing the effectiveness of Property Management and support provided by the installation. Excellent communication and writing skills are required along with a working knowledge of computer operations to include spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications. Great organizational and management skills with a strong ability to work independent as a member of a robust team
