Vodeno Sales Account Executive in Poland

Vodeno is building a team of world-class commercial operators to drive strategic growth of the product. You will be responsible for delivering the next generation financial services across Europe.
What you will work on- Active lead prospecting and demand generation for banking-as-a-serviceopportunities across challenger propositions and non-banks in your market.- Drive customers through to close by thoughtfully addressing key stakeholders inthe buyer journey while navigating organizational complexities.- Lead multi-functional teams to support strategic complex sales through the salesfunnel.- Proactively build and improve on the go-to-market strategy, processes, andculture of the commercial organisation.
About you- Deep passion about the acceleration of financial services and the problems thatVodeno is trying to solve.- Minimum 2 years financial services and or fintech commercial experience, and anunderstanding of SaaS solutions
- Understanding of banking products ? retail & SME - and the regulations shapingour market- Demonstrable history of consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious targets.- Outstanding self-starter approach with the ability to be successful with verylimited initial infrastructure.- Curiosity, creativity, and persistence.
