What you'll achieve
Customer Lead is a proven leader in integrating solutions and strategies with the customer for their environment, based on the desired customer business outcomes, goals, objectives, immediate needs, and existing systems infrastructure tied to critical business systems.
Key responsibilities include Identifying additional product/services sales opportunities in customer organization and assisting the sales organization and related Practice Areas as technical/infrastructure subject matter experts. Role requires skills and understanding of the industry best practices and methodologies to tie dissimilar components together into an aggregate system as is common practice in Enterprise Architecture. Compose applicable services agreements (e.g. Statements of Work, SLA documentation, etc.) that specify processes, technology, staffing, deliverables, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of a solution. Participate in applicable win-loss reviews and incorporates learnings into future solutions.
Be single Point of Contact for Sales on Incident Response & Recovery opportunities and Broker Connections with all teams supporting the Incident Response Project. Receives initial call & organizes the IR Response Core Team, ensures PM is staffed and leads customer facing response
Lead teams and engineer solutions using industry-standards and technologies across the infrastructure of enterprise environments to include (storage, compute, networks, cloud, and authentication)
Provide post-sales and implementation services for clients
Possess ability to work in a self-directed environment, identifying gaps and introducing solutions. Insight to proactively design intuitive metrics for consumers of data
Contribute to the development and on-going improvement of Dells industry best practices and standards for delivering cybersecurity services in an incident response scenario.

6+ years of experience with incident response and recovery, design and implementation, 4+ years of experience as Senior Business Analyst/ Team Lead with experience in the following:
Significant Sales and or Consulting background
Experience scoping customer engagements and strong executive presence and communication skills
Prior experience as a Business Analyst working on cybersecurity or Incident Response and Recovery (IRR) centric projects
Experience with Windows 10, SCCM OSD, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Microsoft Desktop Analytics and Microsoft SCCM 2012+. Registering, Managing, and Configuring Microsoft Intune Policies, with or without SCCM Co-Management and Registering and Deploying Systems through Windows Autopilot. Understanding of Microsoft Azure, Azure RMS, Cloud Identity Setup and Configure Azure RMS, AD Connect, and other Cloud Services. Experience in the Enterprise and Security features of Windows 10, and the Windows as a Service Model
Additional certifications in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP); Knowledge of MS EMS and Azure AD
Microsoft Security Stack; Other security platform experience (Secureworks, Carbon Black etc)
Storage to include SAN, NAS, HCI, and Converged Infrastructure
