D&I Always on Talent Sourcer Senior Advisor

Location: LATAM countries (Panamá, Argentina)

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

Key Responsibilities

·Defining, designing and implementing sourcing and search engagements & strategies for Diversity;

·Developing Diversity sourcing plans based on Market Intelligence and Talent Mapping; 

·Partnering with TA stakeholders to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice;

·Interacting with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements.

·Sourcing diverse candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams.

·Developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

·Developing and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

·Designing and implementing keep warm strategies for maintaining long lasting relationships with Qualified-interested-available candidate

Essential Requirements

·Experience working and having partnership with recruiters and hiring leaders.

·Experience in Sourcing and Hunting

·Knowledge of different tools of talent search

·Talent Mapping

·Labor market expertise

·Pipeline Management

·Fluent English
