Comcast Manager 1, Real Estate in Virtual, Pennsylvania

Job Summary

Responsible for the management of multiple real estate projects including determining time frames, budgets, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of a project. Develops and implements standard policies and procedures for locations. Provides senior management with strategies and information needed to make real estate-related decisions. Assists in identifying land and buildings for the company's operations. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies, assist in development and meeting of, departmental budget.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Visits and evaluates prospective sites to determine which locations meet the criteria and needs of the company.

  • Assists with special projects and conducting tours for the leadership team to visit potential sites.

  • Prepares packages containing all pertinent site information for presentation to the Real Estate Committee for approval.

  • Prepares project budgets and tracks expenses.

  • Analyzes all required documentation to implement the development process.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
