A Day in the Life
This role is responsible for architecting and developing partnerships in the Benelux countries. The role will be meeting existing and new clients to discuss how Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions can best support and work on consulting and managed services that enables the partnership creation.
The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of healthcare system and a commercial profile that enables building of trust, competent problem solving for our clients and a strong foundation for our efficient account management. You are today for example working in various roles in healthcare consulting, healthcare it or with public or private payers or providers and you want to take next step in your career with Medtronic where opportunities for your growth and development are excellent.
Key Responsibilities Include
Conduct business development advisory and consulting together with the EMEA IHS capabilities.
Engagement in all steps of the service and solutions sales cycle from strategic account analysis; solution set architecture; consulting engagements; internal deal governance; contract negotiation and handover to service activation team.
Support the different Medtronic device and therapy business units to identify and execute growth opportunities through enterprise partnerships with nominated accounts.
Position Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions as a partner in healthcare delivery with key decision makers within the healthcare system.
Must Have Skills Competencies
Experience in solutions design, delivery and selling, for example achieved through earlier roles as account lead, senior consultant, managing consultant or solution architect.
A relevant masters degree (for example technical or management) and several years of experience within healthcare.
Strong commercial acumen.
Thorough understanding of the Benelux healthcare system including funding models, patient flows, decision making processes, etc.
Strong analytical skills to understand local markets and customer needs and transform into partnerships through consulting engagements.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and local language
Being a team and relations builder and shaper.
Nice to Have Skills Competencies
Experience of how to work and communicate in international environments preferably in a matrix organization
You will be travelling est. 30 days per year and work out of a Medtronic Benelux Office, Eindhoven preferred.
