Cargill Regional Sales Manager - Sugar Reduction in Malaysia
JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Regional Sales Manager is to maintain current sales and develop new business in SEA region focusing on sweeteners for sugar reduction purpose. Identify new and develop customer in the region under sugar reduction product portfolio, working and manage product growth discussion with sales leader, Product Line Managers and R&D in Singapore.
Sales and customer account management, to promote sugar reduction solution products in the region
Recognize and pursue new market segments and opportunities for business development, calculating return and investment.
Monitor market development activities to align with company business goals.
Prioritize market segment development activities and set revenue targets.
Measure performance to meet objectives, undertaking remedial action where appropriate.
Collaborate with other business developers to optimize market segment opportunities.
You will work under minimal supervision and independently handle complex issues while referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
More than 5 years experience in sweeteners product with sugar reduction solution
Must have experience in developing product solutions
Strong knowledge on sweeteners business and ability to drive growth
Good communication skills
