Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in managing the planning cycle for an organization with cross-functional engagement and prioritization.
Experience building or running a Developer Relations team/organization.
Experience creating long term strategies focusing on improving developer experience and user experience.
Experience building products focused on improving developer experience.
Experience designing programs to understand the ecosystem and used it influence product and engineering teams to ensure market-fit for developer offerings.
Experience defining, scaling, and delivering developer narratives initiatives.

We work with the ecosystem of Frameworks, CMSs, partner companies and the wider community to ensure that Chrome's engineering and product teams understand and prioritize the needs of developers.
In this role, you will enhance the way that Chrome and the Web Platform team go-to-market.
You will be responsible for driving our Developer Satisfaction and feedback programs; launching our go-to market initiative; and connecting the major outreach projects to the narrative.
You will have a team to support you, but your role is about influencing all of our stakeholders such as Chrome Product and Engineering, Developer Relations leads, Web Ecosystem Consultants teams, as well working closely with other browser vendors to make sure we are all working in the same direction.
Work with Chrome Leadership to define the developer and go-to-market (GTM) strategies across the organization.
Collaborate with our Content Lead, Infrastructure and Initiatives leads to define the shape of our GTM web projects.
Understand the needs of the developer ecosystem (i.e. Developer Satisfaction and Ecosystem Intelligence) across all of our teams and drive needed change at the engineering level, annual strategy level, and throughout the ecosystem.
Organize and run our core first party events (e.g. Chrome Development Summit, etc.) and define our third party event strategy.
Manage, support, and grow our community presence.
