JOB SUMMARY

The London EDITION are looking for an analytical, organised and experienced Finance Supervisor to join our growing team. As Finance Supervisor your main responsibility will be to manage the day to day operation of the Finance Department, ensuring the team accomplish the finance and accounting responsibilities for the hotel. You will work closely with the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance in delivering and developing the forecast, operating budget, financial reports, month end processes, tax compliance and profit and loss statements. You will oversee internal, external and regulatory audit processes, provide excellent leadership and support for the finance team and support nominated departments at Month End with accrual checks and processing, P&L corrections and information requests. As Finance Supervisor you will work with your own team and with department managers to ensure appropriate controls are in place to manage business risks and ensure compliance.

Successful candidates for the role will be proactive, detail oriented, a clear communicator and approachable. We are looking for someone who is keen to take the next step in the career and develop their skills in a bust and bustling hospitality environment. Prior experience across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit control is useful as this role will cover duties during holidays.

This position will work Monday to Friday, however there will be occasional weekend work required during month end.
