We are now looking for an experienced, energetic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Consultant to complete our Dell OEM EMEA Marketing Team.

What you’ll achieve
Plan and execute marketing programs and activities to drive awareness, customer engagement and demand generation to influence and detect pipeline for the Dell OEM Business. You will drive the marketing strategy for both regions with a strong focus on Germany and 3 or 4 of the top MERAT (Middle East, Russia Africa, Turkey) countries. You will be defining marketing plans, making budget recommendations, and executing the defined activities in collaboration with the local Dell OEM Sales teams.
Drive leads and marketing pipeline from diverse Dell OEM marketing programs and activities and manage budgets on a quarterly and half year basis.
Develop and execute multiple marketing programs at the same time from the planning stage, right through to execution and post-activity evaluation.
Collaborate with the core Dell Technologies teams in Germany and MERAT to ensure integration of OEM Solutions and our Edge Industry Solutions portfolio into the rest of Dell Technologies.
Work directly with sales team members and rest of the OEM marketing team (in EMEA and globally) to plan and execute marketing programs as well as work and communicate directly with local technology partners to leverage their expertise and involve them in local activities.
Understanding of customer personas and the buyer journey and how marketing programs fit in and also use project management tools like salesforce.com and Allocadia to manage processes.

Ability to work on own — a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong management and relationship skills and high ability to influence in a fast paced, matrix environment and also proven experience working with sales teams.
Exceptional project and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs.
Knowledge of marketing tools and skills needed to drive marketing programs which generate demand, leads and pipeline.
Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Digital marketing, Social Media, Budget management.
Fluent in German & English and a university degree in Marketing or Business is preferable, Digital Marketing qualification a plus
10+ years’ experience in marketing or other relevant marketing roles experience with planning and executing marketing events (physical & virtual).
