Tasks:

  • Support of the working group leaders in various organizational tasks

  • Creation of shipping documents for parts cleaning, expansion of blanket orders

  • Participation in the planning, implementation and monitoring of measures to increase output

  • Creation of statistics / evaluations in common Office applications

  • Preparation for audits, system and material inventory as well as support in their implementation

  • Supervision of various special topics such as 5S representative / creation of orders in SAP / training of employees

  • Execution of various processes in SAP

Required education:

  • Successfully completed technical / commercial training

Requirements :

  • PC knowledge, ideally SAP knowledge

  • Basic technical as well as commercial understanding required

  • Organizational skills

  • Systematic and independent work, excellent communication skills

  • Good German and fluent English skills required
