About the role:

DHL is hiring a Service Quality Agent to join its

Heredia, Costa Rica team. In this role, you will on board DHL vendors onto the

standard solution/application & support queries related to the same. Additional

tasks and accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and

accurate support for queriesWork together to ensure

vendor related issues are resolvedCall vendors &

guide them through the application & support on-boardingUpdate call logs with

statusUpdate issue logs with

issues encounteredManage vendor queries

via generic mailbox within stablished SLA´s.

Skills

Software skills (Word,

Excel, Outlook, etc.).Communication skills

(Both verbal & written)Sound numerical skills.Typing skills.Technical skills (Able

to understand basic set-up & functioning of web application/solutions such

as Tradeshift and Concur) Analysis:  Breaks down a problem, situation or process

understands the nature of parts and their relationship to one another. Seeks

Required Qualifications

University degree or its equivalent / currently studying Administration or Industrial Engineering

2 - 3 years of experience working for a large organization

Spanish and English advanced.

Previous experience in Project Management

 

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of basic accounting/accounts payable

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Must be able to create Pivot Tables and V-look Ups in Excel

Knowledge in SAP Concur Expense and Tradeshift

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including previous exposure to senior management and the ability to present information accordingly
