Job Purpose and Impact
The Cut-over Lead will oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. We seek a professional who will provide strategic vision, procedures for accomplishing the planning. This project manager will focus on mainly on the cut-over and go-live phase of the larger SAP Deployments and be the region expert to guide these projects through this important phase working with business and IT teams in concert.
Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and resolve resource requirements.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Own the Cut-Over and go-live capability in the EMEA region
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Experience working with international projects
Solid track record of successful cut-over and go-live project work
Experience handling project go-live planning in complex large businesses with very divers stakeholder teams in the business and IT.
Solid understanding of SAP projects
Fluency in English
- Project management experience related to ERP implementations
