Better requires process discipline and simplification
Part of your role will be to provide overall Human Resources / HR leadership and Business Partnering across Central Europe (Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland), whilst managing a team of 2 direct reports. The other part of the role puts you in charge of all HR related matters for the Banking side of our business. This aspect of the role gives you the opportunity to work very closely with the Board and be creative and innovative in finding solutions and bringing your own ideas to the table.
For such a pivotal role, you’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR, and extensive experience in a leadership role in Human Resources Management and Administration. You have experience of working in a large multinational matrix organization and cooperatively navigating the HR matrix to receive service. You have to bring some knowledge of local employment law and legislation, as well as working with workers councils. Banking or Financial services experience is strongly preferred. You need to bring strong business acumen and an understanding of global market dynamics. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 67,827 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
