Tadashi Shoji Business Development Representative in Vernon, California
This position will be the first point of contact to engage with potential clients and they will be responsible for representing Tadashi Shoji as a brand, our products, and mission. To do this you?ll become an expert in our business, outbound/inbound marketing efforts, and brand partnership.
Identify and source new prospects to put into our outbound automated outreach campaigns.
Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill sales pipelines.
Identify emerging markets and industry trends while being fully aware of the competitive landscape.
Maintain and organize pipeline and activity record using a CRM.
Follow-up and qualify inbound leads from web inquiries, paid ads, content marketing, conferences, and other marketing activities.
Develop creative outbound marketing programs that include cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and referral marketing programs.
Become an expert on converting prospects to clients.
Identify and build relationships with creators, brands, charities, and corporations to spread our brand message and consistently generate fresh content campaigns.
Proactively identify new opportunities to expose our brand to new audiences.
Provide input on ways we can streamline processes.
Navigate an ambiguous, low oversight role and thrive in uncertainty by applying a bias towards proactive problem solving.
At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar position/role.
Ideal candidate will have a desire to build a career in sales/marketing.
Previous experience working with marketing automation and ability to excel at managing a CRM.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Exceptional professional communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong attention to detail, organized and driven.
Must be a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Team player that has a can-do-anything mentality.
