Philips HR Manager Finland in Vantaa, Finland
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Be responsible for deployment of key HR policies and processes and implementation of the People and Organization Strategy in Businesses and Markets, deliver HR services based on a solid understanding of HR processes and organization’s needs, and to offer operational support in implementing the people strategy set by the HRBP.

You are responsible for:
Implementing and executing Philips HR processes locally and in the Nordics.
Business Partnering with dedicated businesses.
Supporting local management on HR related topics and being member of local country leadership team.
Driving or co-driving joint EU/Nordic HR projects/improvements.
Managing outsourced suppliers related to HR field (e.g. payroll, healthcare, pension) in Finland.
Working in close collaboration with Nordic HR Operations.
Labor legislation, compensation & benefits etc.
Talent development and succession planning.
You are a part of:
Nordic HR team, reporting to Nordic Head of HR, who is located in Vantaa, Finland. In addition to your role, there are 2 HR Managers in the Nordics, 1 responsible for Sweden and 1 for Denmark and Norway. For HR Operations, we have an efficient team serving all Nordics in various HR topics.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
A Bachelor’s or Master's degree, preferably within HR or similar.
Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager or HRBP, preferably in international environment.
Good knowledge of relevant laws and legislation in Finland.
Good IT knowledge (MS office, Workday etc.).
Fluent in English and Finnish, other Nordic languages seen as an asset.
A strong drive and a pro-active, agile mindset.
