Successful completion of residency.Experience Required: None. Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting preferred. Prior experience practicing as a Physician or prior healthcare related experience preferred. Experience working with a team of healthcare professional to ensure effective patient experiences preferred.Licenses/Certificates/Registration Required: State Medical Practitioner License. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration. Board Eligible/Board Certified in primary care or related field as per policy.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced primary care environment. Ability to prioritize and complete work with frequent interruptions. Ability for flexibility to effectively meet patient demand. Ability to effectively interact with a variety of patients, families and employees professionally. Knowledge of cultural differences and impact on appropriate care provided to patients. Ability to understand, assess and react effectively to unique needs of patients of all ages. Excellent clinical skills. Strong focus on providing excellent patient care. Ability to effectively collaborate with medical professionals in a team framework. Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion. General knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems (Epic Preferred).
