Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Senior Product Marketing Manager – Analytics & Data Engineering
The Oracle Analytics organization is looking for an experienced Product Marketer who has an attention for detail and ability to drive results. As a member of the Oracle Analytics Product Marketing team will be responsible for go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, enablement, and content for Oracle Analytics cloud products.
Be the go-to expert marketing our Analytics & BI platform to data engineers / data professionals, building integrated go-to-market initiatives—keeping at all times in-depth understanding of customer use cases, buyers / influencers, competitor capabilities and market trends.
Write, maintain, and ensure that the positioning platform, messaging, value pillars, and differentiation are clearly understood and communicated across all mediums.
Own and maintain the section of the website assigned to your buyers/influencers, ensuring an optimal experience and adequate, measurable engagement across all pages and online assets.
Plan and manage product launches that showcase innovation to customers, prospects, analysts, and internal partners.
Produce compelling campaign content and messaging frameworks, presentations, ebooks, videos, blogs, podcasts, webcasts, nurture sequences content, etc. for all stages of the marketing and sales funnel.
Develop sales enablement content, including customer presentations, battle cards, solution briefs, e-books and other key marketing collateral.
Build complementary social media amplification strategies, with testing and measurement.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver impactful customer validation assets, such as videos, written cases, blogs, podcasts, reference docs, wins, PR, etc.
The person we’re looking for should have a keen interest in analytics technology, integrated digital marketing, writing, social media strategy, and a desire to shape the marketing strategy of Oracle Analytics. The individual should be an excellent oral and written communicator who can help drive strategy for product launches, positioning / messaging, customer stories, and marketing initiatives that can “move the needle” in this highly competitive cloud technology space. This is a fast-paced team that crosses other platform and applications business, in a highly competitive space. Consequently, many projects have visibility up to the highest levels of the organization and worldwide.
The ideal candidate should bring:
Has worked in a B2B technology marketing or sales role for 8-10 years, preferably in analytics or adjacent space
Has experience working with cloud software and understands data engineering.
Can individually and collaboratively deliver great integrated marketing campaigns and measure and / or test everything.
Has a passion for clear communication and crisp messaging that resonate with buyers and influencers.
Is a proven storyteller through customer videos, success stories, blogs, web copy, etc.
Can stay organized and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Has a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or engineering. MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
Has Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Brings a history of delivering top results, individually and collaboratively, in similar roles.
Is known as a great collaborator with strong interpersonal skills and high E.I.
