Who are we looking for?
Minimum of (3) three years of Water Technology and Solutions experience
High school diploma/GED
2+ years Water SAP experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel
1+ year direct commercial team experience
What will you be doing?
The Commercial Operations Coordinator will demonstrate leadership as a primary contact to a sales team and working with the Account Managers directly on various lead-to-order activities related to a sales campaign and customer offerings.
Prioritize and effectively manage multiple sales support requests, for multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills along with strong work ethic. Must be independent worker with good cross functional communication skills.
Generate proposals for Account Managers via SAP and manual templates
Assist with commercial approvals such as pricing and payment terms, etc. per Delegation of Authority and document for auditing purposes.
Assist with new business setup, reactivations, and modifications to customer information providing data to Master Data team (Know Your Customer, tax exemptions, Salesforce, extracting data from POs)
Assist and train the Sales team on the effective use of digital tools (Salesforce, Price Quote tool, iDeal, Commercial Operations Portal, Tableau, etc.) and other resources available to them.
Obtain Certificate of Insurance and complete customer qualification forms.
Develop and maintain effective internal network (Product Management, Product Applications, Sourcing, Pricing, FAST, AEs, CSC, etc.)
Flexibility as the scope of the position changes to best support the commercial team.
