You will be responsible for managing and developing the Toronto Dealing Team both as a unit and part of the larger organization. We will look to you to deliver performance, business focus and strategy to achieve customer retention and growth as well as revenue targets. Developing, motivating, and coaching the team, you will lead by example and be the driving power by providing direction and focus. You will ensure excellent service delivery and develop growth opportunities within all customer segments in order to maximize their revenue potential and increase retention. Using your problem-solving skills, you will intervene and assist your team with problematic queries when needed, liaising with both customer and business partner. Working with key-decision makers, you will develop proposals to offer a range of appropriate solutions to support our clients.

You will need a consistent track record within a business to business sales environment. A strong knowledge of the cross-border payments market is important. Your solid management skills will enable you to initiate and drive ideas, ensuring the continued growth and retention of both your team and clients. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
