Aerotek Sales Engineer in Toronto, Canada
Aerotek is currently looking for a Sales Engineer.
The Sales Engineer, is the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives, our channel partner network and pre-sales customers. The Sales Engineer will take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our pre-sales customers and channel partners to help close deals by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers and channel partners either onsite, online, and via email/telephone.
Assist sales teams with customer management and customer expectations throughout the sales process.
Provide Proof of Concept service to pre-sales customers and help clients with planning and implementation of Sectigo solutions.
Provide support and training to the channel partner network and respond to technical requests from channel partners.
Work in a fast-pace environment under minimal supervision.
Will provide software and network troubleshooting in complex customer environments.
Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and future products.
Share best practices with other sales engineers to enhance quality of service and efficiency.
Provide product training and mentoring when required.
Contribute to building the sales engineer Readiness Program and develop subject matter expertise in assigned products and solutions.
Willing to travel regionally for customers facing activities, as well as marketing and user group events.
Channel feature requests to Product Management to enhance Sectigo products.
Participate in alliance projects including building vendors' and customers' relationships.
Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
5 years of customer facing sales engineering
Experience with Microsoft Active directory, in particular MS Certificate Authority (Microsoft CA)
Must have previously worked as a Network Engineer or Support Engineer
