Role description: Love helping others thrive in their roles? Join our Readiness and Enablement team in the Revenue Operations department as an Enablement Analyst! Our agile (and fun!) cross-functional team is responsible for ensuring our internal Revenue Operations department and Sales organizations are ready and enabled to perform their job when they’re hired and when change is rolled out.

Your impact: Your role will be to manage learning initiatives focused on Revenue Operations processes, policies and systems. You will equip global Sales with the knowledge to navigate our organization, helping them to close their deals efficiently and understand their incentive compensation. You will also ensure that our Revenue Operations team is equipped for change and has the skills they need to provide the best support to Sales.

You will design and implement scalable learning solutions to empower our internal teams and business partners to succeed. Learning solutions will include instructor-led training, on-demand/just-in-time training, videos, written manuals, online simulations, and demos.

You’ll be working on:

  • Assessments to identify learning needs and determine the best learning solutions and mediums to meet learning objectives

  • Influencing the priority of training initiatives and gaining buy-in from stakeholders on training approach

  • Project consulting for change management projects, acting as a subject matter expert for determining learning needs for key stakeholders

  • Instructional design/curriculum development that is clear, consumable, consistent, and vetted by subject matter experts

  • Content management to help our teams self-service

  • Training delivery via online, virtual, and live mediums (and lead train the trainer sessions for regional consistency)

  • Program management to drive repeatable and scalable learning strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to help distribute and enforce trainings

  • Data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of your training program and make modifications based on findings

You have:

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree

  • Advanced public speaking, facilitation, and communication skills, including presenting to large global audiences and senior leaders

  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills

  • Proficiency with online and e-learning software such as Articulate, Captivate, or Camtasia

  • Experience managing and delivering content

  • Familiarity with adult learning theories

  • Familiarity with just-in-time training tools and concepts

  • Analytic experience to help drive data-driven insights for your learning program

  • Experience in influencing cultural change

  • Experience translating technical and complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format

  • Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly, and influence various roles to drive collaboration and program excellence

  • A strong desire to challenge the status quo and the ability to think outside the box, take calculated risks, and be agile to pivot

  • A constant sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
