Ascension Health Vaccine Administrator in Tomahawk, Wisconsin

TEMPORARY Vaccine Administrator position - Sacred Heart Hospital, Tomahawk, WI

Dates/Times will vary during the week. Some evenings and Saturdays possiblePrimarily in Tomahawk but may also be asked to travel to Merrill on occasion.

What You Will Do

Assist with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of clinical staff.

  • Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information on patients' charts.

  • Provide vaccine management including ordering and monitoring vaccine usage/wastage, and facilitating the maintenance of the vaccines.

  • Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

  • One of more of the following required:

  • Practical/Vocational Nurse.

  • Medical Assistant.

  • Registered Nurse .


  • High school diploma or GED required.
