Google Product Marketing Manager, Large Customer Marketing, YouTube Ads in Tokyo, Japan

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of work experience in consulting, banking, marketing or a related field.
Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
Experience in running large cross-functional projects.
High proficiency in Google spreadsheets/slides and similar spreadsheet and presentation software.
Demonstrated interest in marketing and advertising and understanding of Google’s ad products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills both in Japanese and English.
Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
In this role, you will join a team who's primary mission is to enhance the brand power of YouTube B2B brand, which forms the core of Google.
For this, you will grasp consumer behavior and insights, identify challenges in view of the whole marketing/ad industry, and develop an in-depth understanding and strategy of YouTube B2B branding, especially influencing TV/Brand advertisers, to shape its future.
In this role, you will work on diverse tasks ranging from the development of thought leadership owned media and presentations, implementation of B2B ad campaigns, and production of Google’s virtual events.

Be a core member of the branding business growth project to engage with TV advertisers and agencies (message developments and activations).
Be a member of core team for YouTube B2B core initiatives.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and incorporate key learnings.
Lead consumer/customer research initiatives and analyze them into strategy.
