As a Supply Chain Pharma Planning Excellence Manager, your main goal is supporting breakthrough improvements to the planning processes with regards to efficiency, productivity, and reliability. To achieve your goal, you will conduct Root Cause Problem Solving, initiate business cases and implement process improvement actions. You are also a key player in supporting the investment projects. You work closely with the planning system users, the global process owners in the PLAN community and key stakeholders in finance, production, and other related areas. You are the driver to implement new PLAN metrics focus on managing the project portfolio for the team.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
A current 2+ years career break from supply chain or other STEM function is required
A minimum of four (4) years' related experience in STEM field is required
Experience preferred in logistics, customer service, transportation, distribution, operations, and/or other Supply Chain functions
APICS certification is a plus
Strong analytical skills required
Proven track record of success in process improvement is required
Intermediate to advanced software skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint) are required.
Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully and work independently while demonstrating initiative is required
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are required to succeed with internal and external business partners
Project management experience is preferred
Locations & Travel Required: Titusville NJ, Malvern PA or Horsham PA with up to 10% domestic travel is required
