JPMorgan Chase Specialist I - Retail Customer Service - Tempe, Az - 1/11/2020 - English & Spanish Required in Tempe, Arizona


Account Services roles specialize in providing customer service and daily support in service center operations, addressing customer inquiries, processing transactions, troubleshooting problems, handling complaints, and identifying opportunities to refer services based on customer needs (internal and external).

Fluency in Spanish and English required

This is a role that will require Bilingual in both Spanish and English. You will need to pass a bilingual assessment as part of the screening process.

The Role

Specializes in providing customer service and daily support in service center operations inclusive of high-touch customers and regulatory-based issues. Responsibilities can include answering customer inquiries, processing transactions, resolving problems, troubleshooting technical issues, written or digital correspondence, and identifying opportunities to promote additional products/services based on the customer needs


  • Entry level position with prior customer service experience.

  • Handling basic standard operating procedure inquiries.

  • Typically the first point of contact. Provide initial customer support.

  • Generally does not deviate from workflows, prescribed policies and procedures to help resolve the customer issue.
