Aerotek Healthcare CSR - Flex Schedules - 6/16 in Tempe, Arizona

Moving quickly! Looking for customer service representatives for growing non-emergency medical transportation company in Phoenix. This position is fully on-site. No formal interview, hiring decisions based off resume.

Start Date: Wednesday, June 16th

Pay: $14/hour, $14.50 for bilingual candidates (Raises up to $16.50 based off performance metrics & attendance)

Location: Phoenix/Tempe Border

Schedules, four different options that candidates get to

pick from (this position is fully onsite):

Option 1

Training:

7am-330pm, Mon-Fri

After

Training: 1030am-700pm, Mon-Fri

Option 2

Training:

4pm-1230am, Mon-Fri

After

Training: 9am-730pm, Wed-Sat

Option 3

Training:

4pm-1230am, Mon-Fri

After

Training: 3am-130pm, Mon-Wed and 6am-430pm, Sun

Option 4, $14.50/$15 for bilingual

Training:

4pm-1230am, Mon-Fri

After

Training: 730pm-6am, Sun-Wed

Job Description:

  • Receive a high volume of calls to coordinate non-emergency medical transportation needs for patients

  • Communicate mainly with providers to verify demographic information and document calls

  • Verify insurance and obtain authorizations

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience required. Call center experience preferred.

  • Ability to accurately type 30 WPM
