JOB DESCRIPTION: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic team player capable of supervising the employees and processes within the following units:
Operations of the Business
Following is a summary of the essential functions of this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Manage the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Claims, Operations & Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
Coordinate financial management systems and internal expenses and coordination among vendors
Disburse and manage invoices for company expenses and forwarding to the Finance Department
Organize fiscal documents.
Meet regularly with director, managers, and supervisors about operations and management duties
Supervise and coach operations and claims support employees on a daily basis
Review of financial banking inquiries, fraud alerts and exceptions for both internal expenses and claims banking systems
Conduct review of banking information provided by company carriers
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.
