Job Summary:

The Call Center Relationship Specialist is responsible for providing friendly, expedient, competent and professional service to members via telephone and/or written correspondence. Additional responsibilities include cross-selling Credit Union products and services.

Job Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills to include: active listening, voice quality, grammar, articulacy, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, conflict management and telephone etiquette skills

  • High school diploma required. Some college from an accredited college or university is preferred

  • Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) preferred

  • 1-3 years sales and service experience required, preferably in a call center environment

  • Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment

  • Must be able to see, hear, type repetitive keystrokes, and speak English. Must be able to lift 20 pounds. Must be able to sit for extended periods and wear a headset.

  • Schedule flexibility between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday – Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p. m. on Saturdays
