The Call Center Relationship Specialist is responsible for providing friendly, expedient, competent and professional service to members via telephone and/or written correspondence. Additional responsibilities include cross-selling Credit Union products and services.
Effective communication skills to include: active listening, voice quality, grammar, articulacy, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, conflict management and telephone etiquette skills
High school diploma required. Some college from an accredited college or university is preferred
Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) preferred
1-3 years sales and service experience required, preferably in a call center environment
Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment
Must be able to see, hear, type repetitive keystrokes, and speak English. Must be able to lift 20 pounds. Must be able to sit for extended periods and wear a headset.
Schedule flexibility between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday – Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p. m. on Saturdays
