This position can sit in our Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore – Mt. Washington, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minnesota, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Raleigh, Reston, Sacramento, San Diego, Seattle, Short Hills, Business Operations Service Center (Tampa), Washington DC or Wilmington DE office.

The IT team partners with DLA Piper management, lawyers, and internal business units to devise and deploy solutions that improve the quality of the legal services we deliver to our clients as well as the efficiency of our firm’s business operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • 3 years’ experience in the Business, Marketing, or Communications field

  • Strong customer service experience

  • Strong skills in creating original content that targets specific audiences and meets the firm’s objectives

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good command of the English language

  • Analytic skills in using data to help drive decisions and outcomes

  • Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to function effectively as part of a multi-location team

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Content creation gained on the job or through an internship

  • Experience with content or knowledge management tools

  • Knowledge of digital adoption platform-tools

  • Experience creating process and roadmap with mapping/diagramming tools

  • Experience with data analytics and/or project management

  • Internship experience in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or Communications

What will your day look like?

As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will design and develop content related to Projects, Change Management, Learning, Help Desk, and Innovation on a variety of platforms. Content is created for a variety of formats including written/printed materials, desktop, web, mobile, and Digital Adoption Platform tools. You will collaborate with other business groups to ensure the highest quality products and services are delivered to our internal and external clients. You will assist with the team’s daily operations and logistics, and assist with the administration and maintenance of, and reporting from, consumption tracking platforms.

You will develop and maintain various content to support initiatives, projects, and technical rollouts. You will actively listen and understand the needs of the client and the overall goal of the project and introduce ideas for new content creation to drive consumption and reduce support calls.

Additionally, you will document technical processes and best practices to facilitate user adoption of technology, proactively prepare for application updates and new releases. In coordination with product managers and other stakeholders, you will contribute to the successful launch of new products and services by creating content that facilitates awareness and adoption.
