HNTB Transportation Planning Intern - Summer 2021 in Tallahassee, Florida
What We're Looking For
Our Tallahassee, FL office is seeking a Transportation Planning Intern for Summer 2021.
Relocation and housing are not provided for this position.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Assist with transportation planning analysis and preliminary transportation system design
Conducts basic research and data collection
Assists in the development of presentation materials and reports
Potential to assist with onsite field investigation of projects
Assists project team members with various support tasks
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Completion of 2 years of post-secondary program
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, or related program
Previous internship experience
What You'll Need
Essential Responsibilities:
Assists engineer teams in various tasks and duties.
Assists Engineer with research, development and design of projects.
Assists Engineer with the preparation of engineering drawings and documents as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program
