ManpowerGroup Communications Specialist in Tallahassee, Florida
Manpower is recruiting for LONG TERM TEMPORARY COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST for one of our top clients in Tallahassee, FL! You will build and maintain consistent messaging, content and branding for the Office.
What will you be doing?
*Write and edit content for a variety of mediums including web, graphics, reports, flyers, PowerPoint presentations and correspondence.
*Review, update and maintain content, including ensuring 508 compliance in accordance with section 508 of the Rehabilitation act on Internet pages.
*Develop and maintain content in SharePoint.
*Assist with developing and implementing marketing and communications plans.
*Work with program leaders and community partners to monitor and identify marketing and communications opportunities.
*Track media coverage and partner activities.
*Assist with developing graphics and template designs.
*Help maintain online social media presence by developing relevant content.
*Assist in preparing information for program leadership team and project managers.
What will you bring to the job?
*Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Experience developing graphics and designs for document templates, brochures and flyers.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Ability to work well in a team environment and establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
*Ability to problem-solve.
*Strong organizational skills
*Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to communicate in a cross-functional environment and at all levels within the department.
*Experience using Canva and Adobe InDesign preferred.
*Experience in ADA/ 508 compliance preferred.
*Experience using a website content management system preferred.
