The Coca-Cola Company Brand Director - Sparkling in Taipei, Taiwan

Job Descriptions:

Title: Brand Director, Sparkling

The brand director is expected to lead sparkling category within its brand team to develop strategies/campaigns in a very independent manner while seeking collaboration opportunities with Global and other network markets.

This critical position will assist Marketing Director to focus on the following three core areas consistently to build long term sustainable growth in Taiwan.

BUILD THE BUSINESS

  • Build and deliver Sparkling Beverages volume, NSR, profit and market share objectives.

  • Lead strong sparkling portfolios in Taiwan: Coca-Cola Trademark, Sprite, Fanta, Schweppes to accelerate growth in quality leadership.

  • Monitor changes closely in market place, identify opportunities for new revenue growth.

  • This role will require this person to interface on regular base with Bottler’s leadership team and functions as commercial, sales, supply chain etc.

BUILD OUR BRANDS

  • Develop overall category short and long-term strategies with portfolio management: 1)Build edges for existing brands thoroughly understand brand essence, local consumers and competition, 2)Establish potential brands via differentiated business/brand model.

  • The complexity of this role is enhanced given the rapid changing consumers and operational dynamics in highly developed market Taiwan. There is a strong need for a unique marketing approach driven independently. A sound communication skill is required for effective communication with strong influencing power.

  • Lead creative, digital and media agencies to think strategically and focus on developing high quality IMC campaigns which truly leveraged by understanding Taiwan consumers’ attitude, behavior and insights.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • At least 12 years+ experience in FMCG. The person will be required to have spent time across different functional areas so as to be well equipped with strong skills in marketing, research, operations and finance. A strong motivation and drive to achieve business result.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline, MBA is preferable
