About the Role

As the Digital Campaign Lead, you are responsible for developing, implementing and managing campaigns for our client. You will manage the day to day marketing and CRM operations in an exciting and fast paced environment.

The Campaign Specialist must own, design and deliver all new campaign capabilities. You will plan, devise and help our Client’s understand the best ways to utilise their marketing platforms and services based on their needs and business requirements. In the eyes of the Client, you are providing campaign analytical insights, marketing best practices and educating them on the capabilities of our services, in doing so driving incremental value to the Client’s business.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily marketing operations to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

  • Deliver and present strategies and recommendations on the implementation of marketing campaigns with confidence via email, automations, forms, landing pages, SMS and Push.

  • Operate with a consultative and strategic approach to deliver strategic solutions from campaign designing, briefing, optimisation and experimentation.

  • Prioritise multiple tasks and document business requirement specifications on campaign management tools.

  • Analyse client data, current campaigns and insights to identify opportunities and areas for additional projects to add value.

  • Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends, industry standards and innovations to provide informed and relevant marketing recommendations.

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related degree

  • More than 3 years’ experience working with end to end marketing campaigns and campaign management applications

  • Experience with CRM & Marketing Automation Software (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Braze, Pardot, Adobe Campaigns or UNICA Campaign, etc)

  • Experience using CDPs & AWS would be advantageous

  • Experience with HTML & CSS (for EDM building) and SQL

  • Database relationship management, having worked with large and complex data sets

  • Dynamic and strategic thinker with a background or experience in the marketing industry

  • Pragmatic problem solver with a keen attitude to deliver business outcomes

  • Work both independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements with minimal supervision

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
