We are actively recruiting a Senior Stock Plan Administrator!
Remote work : We are open to locations across the United States.
General Profile:
Responsible for processing all stock transactions related to the global equity programs (performance stock units, restricted stock units and employee stock purchase plans), including record keeping, reporting, compliance and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Plan Administration
Support the day-to-day administration of the Company’s equity plans (restricted stock units, performance shares and the global employee stock purchase plan) including the regular processing of equity transactions and complex mobility issues in compliance with governing stock plan documents and regulations
Process and administer grants, exercises, cancellations and terminations within the system including tracking online grant and award acceptance, expiration and vesting and expiration dates of all stock awards
Interface with various service providers and third party vendors including brokerage firm, transfer agent and mobility/tax (as necessary)
Work with Finance, HR, Legal and Payroll to ensure alignment with all stock administration related activities
Review and audit new stock awards prior to submission for approval working with internal and external stakeholders
Provide scheduled or on demand reports, including equity related data for all required security filings, such as Section 16 reports (forms 3, 4, 5) and help prepare equity reports for any applicable SEC filings, such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q and Proxy Statements
Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley processes are followed and compile supporting documentation for testing and compliance
Partner with global payrolls including internal stakeholders to ensure proper tax withholdings, timely taxation and reporting, as required
Create, maintain and update procedure documents, provide analysis and support for process improvements, project enhancements and education initiatives

General and statistical analysis
Familiarity with accounting, compensation and tax concepts as they relate to equity plans
Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel including file imports/exports, report design and creation, and data manipulation/formatting
Workday system experience preferred

Knowledge of Solium / UBS software platform a plus
