Under supervision of the QC Laboratory Manager, the Laboratory Administrative Assistant is responsible for an array of operational tasks including data entry, report and raw data retrieval and report filing.
Input of laboratory results into excel.
Assist with data review.
Retrieval of archived raw data.
Assist with preparation and filing of Laboratory Investigation Reports.
Assist with Laboratory Scheduling.
Assist with Stability program.
Packaging of laboratory samples for shipment to third party laboratories.
Create Purchase Requisitions of Laboratory supplies.
Provide administrative support to QC Laboratory management as needed.
Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with strong work phone and clerical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Knowledge and/or interest in the vitamin and supplement industry.
