JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Title: Accountant V Position Number: 365108 Location: Sun Prairie, WI 53596 Position Type: Temporary Required Skill Set: Accounting, Financial Analysis, Insurance, Reporting Position Description: **Only U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. can be considered as W2 candidates.** Job Title: Accountant V Estimated Assignment: 04/26/2021 to 12/31/2021 Location: Sun Prairie Wisconsin 53596 Description: Primary Responsibilities Complete and deliver designated financial reports and accounting procedures in a timely and accurate fashion by ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements Drive continuous improvement by identifying, developing and implementing process and system solutions, monitoring accounting procedures, proposing automation opportunities, analyzing results and researching discrepancies Support internal and external audit requests and inquiries by coordinating the completion and review of assigned audit files and identifying, understanding and implementing regulatory and operational changes to accounting policies, procedures and deliverables Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Experience: 4 years relevant experience Preferred Competencies/Skills Critically review, analyze, synthesize, compare, and interpret information; use logical approach to analyze issues Adapt and be flexible in a complex changing environment Collaborate with people at different levels within the organization to accomplish a common goal Evaluate implications of project outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Communicate information in a clear, well-organized, and professional manner Provide technical and regulatory compliance support Analyze and synthesize complex information to form options and recommendations; utilize effective research and investigative techniques High attention to detail; follow established guidelines to focus on details and complete tasks attentively and thoroughly Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members; share expertise Anticipate obstacles and challenges, identify root cause and strategize plans to address Build long-term collaborative working relationships with senior managers across the business Continuously working toward improving education background; maintain current knowledge of developments in relevant field Experience Extensive accounting experience statutory reporting experience insurance industry background Licenses/Certifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered, visit here.
